We spend a lot of time in school. But from the very beginning of our educational experience the vast majority of schools have focused almost solely on academics and career skills. While these are important of course the schools have not consistently or effectively taught us the principles, beluiefs, attitudes and actions that we really need to become our best and happiest selves and create our best and happiest lives in evry area of our lives throughout our lives.
