In this program we will teach you a daily happiness, motivation and empowerment process that will change your life. This process is fun, varied and individualized to your unique and invaluable life. You can use it even a little each day. It will fit into any busy schedule. We also will provide you with all kinds of great multi element materials as well as weekly online workshops and discussion groups you can attend and much more to support you in this process that will really change your life.

How much time does it take?

Even a little time each day is fine

Some days you might just have time to write a few sentences or a quote in your daily happiness, motivation and empowerment journal, something we will teach you how to use in this program that will really change your life. Other days you might spend more time on something you really connect with in our program reading about it, writing about it in your journal and setting goals that use it in your life.​​​ How much time you spend is totally up top you. The key is consistency. We want to teach you to make working on becoming your best and happiest self and creating your best and happiest life something you really enjoy and look forward to doing a little each day like it was your favorite hobby.

What the process involves

The daily process includes: ​- accessing our materials a little each day and putting the beliefs, attitudes and actions in our program into action in your life day by day in an individualized way as we will teach you. (See "How to use our program" on the site menu.) - using a daily happiness, motivation and empowerment journal to write about and set goals with things you really connect with in our program and want to make part of your life and evaluating your actions based on results. In our program we have an amazing journaling program that includes a printable 365 day happiness, motivation and empowerment journal and an amazing journaling manual “How to Use Daily Journaling to Significantly Increase and Sustain Happiness, Motivation and Effectiveness in Every Area of Your Life”. The power of consistency

Why small daily steps really work for changing or achieving anything you want in life

A Harvard University professor of Positive Psychology mentioned that when it comes to creating significant change in life in any area of our lives- emotionally, physically, in relationships, career success, financial well being and wealth building or in any area of life there are three kinds of people. The first kind of person is one who thinks that creating significant growth and change requires tremendous effort and self discipline as well as "natural ability" and because they feel they just do not have either of these they don't set really challenging goals for increasing happiness, personal growth and results in life. The second kind of person believes that self discipline and effort is essential and starts out putting out tremendous effort when they want to accomplish something. This is the kind of person however who goes to the gym every day for an hour and a half to lose weight but who burns out in a week or two, and quits. The third kind of person is someone who realizes that taking small consistent daily steps toward a big goal and for creating real growth and change in their lives is the best way to accomplish the personal growth and results that they really want in life. Taking small daily steps increasingly builds your skill set and confidence as you begin to see increasing results. Small consistent steps lead to bigger and bigger steps and to significant personal growth and results.

Being your own life coach

You are an essential part of this process

Real learning is not about a teacher standing on some high pedestal pouring their values, beliefs, and knowledge into the student who is an empty vessel. Real learning is when the teacher and student see themselves as equals, each with their own experiences, exploring unknown territory together with the teacher being a more experienced guide. Your values, your opinions, and your experiences matter and are part of this learning process. You do not have to agree with or use everything we teach but you do need to have an open mind when you encounter something you might have difficulty understanding or agreeing with. Also you use what you learn in an individualized manner working more on areas that you really want to see results in right now s a unique individual as you learn to increase results in all of the essential areas of life a little each day. You actually also already know and are using some of the things we teach in this program. These are the principles, beliefs, attitudes and actions that you have already learned and have enabled you to create the happiness, motivation and results that you already have created in your life. But many people are not using these principles, beliefs and actions nearly as consciously, consistently or effectively as they could by far. In this program we will teach you to identify what you already know that works and use these principles, beliefs and actions more consciously, consistently and effectively. You will also learn many new empowering principles, beliefs, attitudes, and actions that you have not made a part of your life that you can choose to make part of who you are that will change your life as well.
