How much time is totally up to you. Some days you might just have enough time to write a few lines or a quote in your daily happiness, motivation and empowerment journal, something we will teach you how to use in this program. Other days you might want to spend a little more time reading about, writing about and setting goals that use something in our program that you really connect with and want to make part of your life.  How much time you spend each day is totally up to you. Consistency is what really matters

How to Use Our Program: Building Happiness, Motivation, and Empowerment Your Way

 

Our daily happiness, motivation, and empowerment learning program is not just another course or self-help book you read and forget much or most of what you read in a few weeks or so. It’s a life-changing ongoing daily journey based on the powerful and research-based field of Positive Psychology—the study of what makes life most worth living.

But here’s something important to know: there’s a lot of material in this program. More than you’ll ever need to use all at once—and that’s a good thing. This program is designed to grow with you. Think of it like a personal toolbox: you’ll use some tools every day, some occasionally, and some only when a specific need arises.

So how do you make the most of it without getting overwhelmed?

1. Start with the Foundation

Every strong building starts with a strong foundation—and so does your happiness. Before you dive into specific interest areas, begin with the core principles of Positive Psychology:

  • What is real, lasting happiness?
    Learn to define happiness in meaningful and sustainable ways, not just fleeting pleasures.

  • Identify common happiness myths

  • These are false ideas many of us have been taught about what leads to happiness (like “I’ll be happy when I get rich,” or “Success comes before happiness”).

  • Learn the key areas of well-being
    You’ll be introduced to core frameworks like the PERMA model (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Achievement), and how to steadily increase happiness in all of them, a little each day.

 

This foundation will guide everything else you do.

 

2. Practice the Core Habits

 

There are a few daily principles, beliefs, and simple actions we suggest everyone use—no matter what your goals are. These are research-backed and apply to almost every life area. They might include things like:

  • Practicing gratitude

  • Identifying Using your top character strengths

  • Setting meaningfua using l goals

  • Strengthening relationships

  • Being kind to yourself

These practices can be done in just a few minutes a day, but over time, they build a happier, more empowered life.

3. Personalize the Rest

 

After you’ve laid your foundation, you can add new things to the process day by day using our program and your daily happiness, motivation and empowerment daily journal that you really connect with and want to make a part of your life

4. Focus on “Fit”

In Positive Psychology, the idea of “fit” is essential. The tools you use need to fit you—your values, your preferences, your lifestyle.

For example:

  • If journaling helps you reflect, use it.

  • If you’d rather speak your thoughts aloud or listen to short audios—do that.

  • If you dislike gyms but love walking outdoors or dancing in your living room—choose that.

There’s no one-size-fits-all path to happiness. What matters is choosing habits and strategies you’re more likely to enjoy and stick with over time.

5. Avoid Overwhelm—Start Small

When we present a main topic or sub-topic, we’ll often offer 5–10 ways you can increase happiness in that area.

But don’t try to do them all at once.

Choose one or two that appeal to you and try them out. See what works. Then, come back for more when you’re ready.

This program is designed to fit into your life—not take it over. Just a few minutes a day can make a powerful difference when you’re consistent and intentional.

Why a daily process?

CREATING HABITS OF THINKING AND ACTION THAT STICK

Reading a self help book or taking a self help course is great and can be really inspiring. But how many times have you read a book or taken a course in school and in a few weeks forgotten much or most of what you learned. I know that I have had this experience many times myself. We only learn and turn what we learn into actual habits of thinking and taking action through accessing, reinforcing, expanding and applying the essential principles, beliefs and actions that increase and sustain happiness, motivation and effectiveness and empowerment day by day a little each day. Also because we are human our motivation to become our best and happiest selves and create our best and happiest lives can fade from day to day and sometimes for longer periods of time. Being a daily happiness, motivation and empowerment learner and practitioner a little each day using our amazing program and daily support system will really keep you excited, motivated and inspired to become your best and happiest self and create your best and happiest life every single day.

We want to teach you to make working on becoming your best and happiest self and creating your best and happiest life something you really enjoy and look forward to doing a little each day like it was your favorite hobby.

What the process involves

The daily process includes: ​- accessing our materials a little each day and putting the beliefs, attitudes and actions in our program into action in your life day by day in an individualized way as we will teach you. (See "How to use our program" on the site menu.) - using a daily happiness, motivation and empowerment journal to write about and set goals with things you really connect with in our program and want to make part of your life and evaluate your actions based on results. The power of consistency

why small daily steps really work

A Harvard University professor of Positive Psychology mentioned that when it comes to creating significant change in life in any area of our lives- emotionally, physically, in relationships, career success, financial well being and wealth building or in any area of life there are three kinds of people. The first kind of person is one who thinks that creating significant growth and change requires tremendous effort and self discipline as well as "natural ability" and because they feel they just do not have either don't set really challenging goals for increasing happiness, personal growth and results in life. The second kind of person believes that self discipline and effort is essential and starts out putting out tremendous effort when they want to accomplish something. This is the kind of person however who goes to the gym every day for an hour and a half to lose weight but who burns out in a week or two, and quits. The third kind of person is someone who realizes that taking small consistent daily steps toward a big goal and for creating real growth and change in their lives is the best way to accomplish the personal growth and results that they really want in life. Taking small steps increasingly builds your skill set and confidence as you begin to see increasing results. Small consistent steps lead to bigger and bigger steps and to significant personal growth and results.
