We challenge you to use our program and be a daily happiness, motivation and empowerment learner a little each day as we will teach you and see where you are in 14 days. By that time using our program a little each day we believe that anyone will see significant enough changes in their life to want to continue.
How much time does it take? Even a little time each day is fine.
The time you spend each day is up to you. We suggest you determine to spend a certain specific amount of time each day using our materials as we will teach you - something that will fit comfortably into your daily schedule. Some days however you might only have enough time to write a few lines in your happiness, motivation and empowerment journal something we will teach you how to use in this program. Other days you might come across something in our program that you really want to work on in your life and might spend more time focusing on it, setting goals that use it and so on as we will teach you. The most important thing is consistency even a little each day.
What it involves
Read the “How to use our program and materials” page on our website. This will show you how to create an individualized daily process you can use even a little each day for being a daily happiness, motivation and empowerment learner and practitioner using our program. Determine to spend even a little time each day using our program materials with your daily happiness, motivation and empowerment journal the way we will teach you. Read or listen to the short daily happiness, motivation and empowerment guidance and encouragement we send you every day via your email with free membership. Use a happiness, motivation and empowerment journal in conjunction with what you learn in our program, something we will teach you how to do and that will really change your life. Attend our weekday evening one hour workshops and discussion groups when you can
