In our program we will teach you a daily process for learinng to increase and sustain happiness and empowerment in every area of your life that will change your life. This process is fun, varied and individualized to your oen unique and invaluable life. You can use it even a little each day. It will fit into any busy schedule. Changing or improving even a single belief, attitudfe or acttion will change anyone's life. Imagine if you staerted learning, reinforcing and applying the core principles, beliefs, attitudes and actions of very happy and effecftive people and got great happiness, motivation and empowerment imspiration, motivatuion and guidance for your life a little each day ansd kept doing it. What would the results be? How does this compare tyo what you are doing right now?

How much time does it take?

We believe that everyone has much more potenmtial for increasing and sustaining happiness and empowerment in every area of their life than they think they do by far. But to recognize and bring out that potential we need to be daily happiness and empowerment learners a little each day.

Why a daily process?

In this program we will teach you a daily process you can use even a little each day for learning the beliefs, attitudes and actions that significant research has found significantly increase happiness and empowerment in all of the essential areas of your life.

Our director, Ray Gutoski studies edication at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and did graduate studies in education at Teachers College at Columbia University, one of the best graduare schools for educators in the world. He is an author, life coach, business and personal motivator and the founder of several non- profit organizations devoted to inspiring, motivating and teaching teens, post high school students, adults and people in youth and adult correctional facilities to become their best and happiest selves and create their best and happiest lives in every area of their lives now and throughout their lives. He is also a member of The International Positive psychology Association and The Internal Association of Liofe Coaches.
